Our safety program is purpose-built for telecommunications and utility infrastructure, where uptime, public safety, and worker protection are critical.

Training & Qualifications

All field personnel receive role-specific safety training aligned with telecom and utility industry standards. Our training program addresses the hazards of live sites, elevated work, and mission-critical infrastructure.

Training includes, but is not limited to:

  • OSHA 10 / OSHA 30
  • NWSA (National Wireless Safety Alliance) Certifications
  • Fall Protection & Elevated Work Safety
  • RF Awareness & Hazard Recognition
  • Lockout / Tagout (LOTO)
  • Electrical Safety & Arc Flash Awareness
  • Aerial Lift & MEWP Training
  • PPE Selection & Proper Use
  • Site-Specific Safety Orientations

Training is refreshed regularly and reinforced through field supervision, daily tailgate meetings, and ongoing compliance reviews to ensure best practices are consistently applied.

Pre-Task Planning & Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)

Before work begins, our teams complete thorough pre-task planning to identify and control site-specific hazards.

This process includes:

  • Job Hazard Analysis (JHA/JSA)
  • Review of site conditions and access
  • Identification of live systems and exclusion zones
  • Coordination with carriers, general contractors, and property owners
  • Verification of permits and safety requirements

Work does not begin until hazards are understood and controls are in place.

  • Training records and certifications
Safety documentation is maintained for all active projects and is available upon request.
